Laying the Foundations
The first step into contracting services was taken. Architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical project services were offered. A foundation of quality and trust was laid.
First Projects Implemented
Its first project, OSM 1 Apartment Building (Marmara), was completed. Subsequent projects, OSM 2, OSM 3, and OSM 4 (Küçük Kaymaklı), further enhanced brand awareness. OSM 5 and OSM 6 (Ortaköy) were completed in 2011, and OSM 7 and OSM 8 (Marmara) in 2012.
Expanding Portfolio
The number of annual projects increased. A total of 6 apartment projects between OSM 9 and OSM 14 were successfully completed. The bar was raised in customer satisfaction. In 2013, OSM 9 (Yenikent), OSM 10 (Küçük Kaymaklı), and OSM 11 (Ortaköy) projects were completed. In 2014, OSM 12, 13 (Ortaköy), and OSM 14 (Marmara) were launched. In 2015, OSM 15 (Dereboyu), OSM 16 (Ortaköy), OSM 17 (Küçük Kaymaklı), and OSM 18–19 (Ortaköy) projects were completed. In 2016, OSM 20 (Yenikent), OSM 21 (Dereboyu), and 3 villas in Gönyeli were completed.
New Generation Housing Projects
The Elite Homes 1 site offers modern and comfortable living spaces. Projects OSM 22 through OSM 26 were launched with this series. In 2018, OSM 27 (Ortaköy), OSM 28 (Girne), and five luxury villas: Ayhan Efendi Villas, were completed in Ozanköy. In 2019, OSM 29 and OSM 30 (Dereboyu) projects were completed. In 2020–2021, Elite Homes 2 and OSM 31–37 (Aydemet) projects were launched.
New Brand: Ä°OS Coffee
Ä°OS Coffee, the first non-construction brand, was founded. The brand quickly established its own audience and became a pioneer in sectoral diversification.
Expertise in Luxury Villas
Projects like Elite Homes 2 Villas and Ayhan Efendi Villas made a strong entry into the luxury villa segment. They distinguished themselves with personalized solutions. In 2022–2023, Elite Homes 2 Villas, a total of eight detached villas, were completed. In 2024, sea view villa projects were launched in OSM 38 (Dereboyu) and Edremit, Kyrenia.
A New Era with OsmanoÄŸlu 41
The Osmanoğlu 41 (Dereboyu Life) project combines design, location, and lifestyle concepts. A visionary living space is offered in the heart of Ortaköy Dereboyu. Elite Homes 3 – OSM 39 and 40 (Aydemet) and OSM 41 (Dereboyu) projects will be launched in 2025.
